Salimgerei Aron Amanzholovich
Salimgerey Amanzholovich Aron – Director of the Institute of State and Law, author of over 90 scientific publications on topical issues of international law. He was the scientific director of the following public contract:
- “International legal problems of water resources management in Central Asia” for 2006-2008;
- “The concept of priority of universal values in the system of legal regulation of road transport relations in the framework of transport policy and transport infrastructure development in the Republic of Kazakhstan” for 2013-2015.
A member of the creative team on the subject of basic research “Formation and perfection of political system in the modernization of Kazakhstan’s society (theory and practice)” for 2009-2011. Winner of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan grants to support young scientists in 2003. In 2003, it passed 3-month research internship at the Center for Energy and Oil subsoil use rights of the University of Dundee (UK). In 2000 he defended his thesis on the topic “Legal aspects of Kazakhstan’s participation in determining the status of the Caspian.” Member of the Russian Association of International Law. Since 2005 he is the Chairman of the Kazakhstan Association of International Law, is the owner of the MES grant “The Best teacher of high school” in 2006. Member of the editorial board of “Maritime Law and Practice” (Russia, Moscow). The chief editor of the Bulletin of Kazakhstan Association of International Law.
