Main qualifications: Maulenov Kassym Syrbaevich is a professional lawyer got basic legal education, the degree of Doctor of Law, Professor. He defended doctoral dissertation in January 26, 2001 on the theme: “State management and legal regulation in the foreign investment sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. He is a member of Kazakhstan Republic Parliament working group on law project preparation.
