Grant Projects of the Institute

Institute of State and Law belongs to a prominent role in the implementation of legal reforms in the Republic of Kazakhstan. His staff took part in the drafting of the Constitution of the Kazakh SSR in 1978, the projects of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1993, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, Penal and Civil Codes and other laws.

• In 2009, the state program of MES RK “Public – improving the legal framework of civil society and the political system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in conditions of globalization” for 2009-2011. • In 2013, the Treaty was concluded on the implementation of research projects in the framework of the state order number 655 from 15.04.2013g. with the State Institution “Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, on the topic: “The concept of priority of universal values ​​in the system of legal regulation of road transport relations in the framework of transport policy and transport infrastructure development in the Republic of Kazakhstan” for 2013-2015.
