Biography:
Aidarbayev Sagyngaly Zholamanovich is head of the department of international law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as a professor of the same department.
He is an honorable professor at the University of Sinntszyan (Urumchi, China) and the Russian Academy of Foreign Trade (Moscow, Russian Federation).
He specializes in public international law, as well as individual institutions of private international law, constitutional law, theory of law.
During the period of training was held at the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary) in 1999, and at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Moscow, Russian Federation) in 2010.
Professor S. Aidarbayev is the author of about 200 scientific publications on various issues of international public and private law, constitutional, criminal, criminal procedure and civil procedure law, theory of law, including 5 monographs, more than 10 textbooks and manuals.
Professor S.Aidarbayev one of the well-known expert of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I prepared more than 100 expert reports and legislative acts of international treaties.
Prepared 4 PhD, 4 doctors of PhD, 50 Masters of International Law.
